Today I want to share with you all these four lines that are so simple but have a universal positivity oozing out of them. I love to use this shloka in a class for charity, for a fund-raising event or such. Including this as part of my intention in a yoga practice makes me feel like I just made a big ol' bubble of protection and enveloped all my loved ones in it. Yes, you guessed right - I'm big on visualization!! :)

Shloka: Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Nir-Aamayaah | Sarve Bhadraanni Pashyantu Maa Kashcid-Duhkha-Bhaag-Bhavet | Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||

Meaning: May All become Happy, May All be Free from Illness. May All See what is Auspicious, May no one Suffer. Om Peace, Peace, Peace.
